These Terms of Service govern your use of Flymap and related services provided by Apptractor Development.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you use the app, you accept the Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flymap after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.

3. Permitted Use

• Flymap is for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
• You agree not to use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

4. App Availability

We work to keep Flymap available and reliable, but availability may vary and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some Flymap features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (such as Google Play or the App Store), not directly by Apptractor Development.
• Unless canceled according to your app store settings, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store where you purchased.

6. Location and Privacy

Flymap may use your device location to provide map and flight context features. Your location stays on your device and is not collected by us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Flymap app, brand, content, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Apptractor Development.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptractor Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Flymap.
