Delete your Curbee account

You can request deletion of your Curbee account and associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

The fastest way to delete your Curbee account is from inside the app:

Settings → Account → Delete account

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

In your email, please include the email address or account identifier connected to your Curbee account, if applicable.

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile information
• App account identifier
• Saved app preferences linked to your account
• User-generated or account-linked app data stored on our servers

Data that may be kept

We may retain limited data when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons.

This may include:

• Payment or purchase records
• Transaction history required by app stores or payment providers
• Security logs
• Records needed to comply with legal obligations

Retention period

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Some records may be retained for longer where required by law, app store rules, accounting requirements, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
